Most of us have a love—hate relationship with food. When you have mobility problems, your metabolism is much lower, but maintaining your weight is even more important because that extra 20lbs is a huge deal when you are trying to transfer. However, food can be very healing. I have decided to do a series on healthy cooking and easy recipes since we are often limited on what we can do for meal prep.
