Most of us have a love—hate relationship with food. When you have mobility problems, your metabolism is much lower, but maintaining your weight is even more important because that extra 20lbs is a huge deal when you are trying to transfer. However, food can be very healing. I have decided to do a series on healthy cooking and easy recipes since we are often limited on what we can do for meal prep. Please give me some ideas or share your own favorite recipes in the comments.
I have many recipes but if you can give me an idea as to what is easier for you to do …I can look for ones or adapt one…for example is cutting and chopping easy to do or what cant you do…Let me know am happy to help 😀

Personally, I am gluten free which kind of sucks. Usually the gluten free substitutes have an odd texture. The upside is that it kind of forces me to cook from scratch mostly. I would love any suggestions you may have. Do you do a lot of cooking?

Ha Ha..You haven’t read my blog then.. Yes, because gluten free products contain a lot of fillers but if you cook from scratch then they are tasty. Are you Celiac then or have Crohn’s disease? Most Thai food is gluten free anyway and quick and easy to cook..too hot to stay in the kitchen for too long 🙂

The the next occasion I just read a weblog, I hope so it doesnt disappoint me as much as this blog. After all, It was my choice to read, but I really thought youd have something intriguing to state. All I hear is actually a lot of whining about something that you could fix if you ever werent too busy looking for attention.
