¼ cup quick oats
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla
½ tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 banana, frozen
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup baby spinach
Place all ingredients in the blender and pulse until combined.
This sounds yummy. I often put oat in my smoothie.
