½ cup flour
¾ cup milk
1 Vidalia onion, sliced into rings
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and spices.
In another bowl, combine the eggs and milk.
Dip the onion slices into the egg mixture, then coat in the flour mixture.
Arrange the onion rings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 15 minutes
