Stuffed Mushrooms


1½ tbs Olive Oil

Black Pepper, freshly ground

1/2 cup Bread Crumbs

1 dozen Baby Portabello Mushrooms

1 Clove Garlic, minced

1 tbs. Parsley, finely chopped


Preheat airfryer to 360°F

In a mixing bowl, combine parsley, breadcrumbs, pepper, oil and garlic.

Cut the stems from the mushrooms

Chop stems and add to the crumb mixture

Fill the mushroom caps one by one with the prepared crumb mixture.

Add the mushrooms to the air fryer cooking basket

Cook for 3-4 minutes.

    I used to make stuffed mushrooms a lot. I forgot how much I love them.
