4 green bell peppers
2 cups ground turkey
1 tomato, diced
1 onion, diced
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat airfryer to 330 degrees.
Slice off the tops of bell peppers and remove the seeds.
Saute onion and oil in a saucepan until translucent.
Add garlic and turkey, cook until no longer pink. Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are softened.
Fill bell peppers with 3-4 tablespoons of mixture and top with cheese,
Transfer into air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
