1 tbsp Olive Oil
12 Corn tortillas
1 Dash of Lime Juice
Salt to taste
Preheat airfryer to 400 degrees
Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles and toss in the oil.
Place half the chips into the cooking basket and cook for 4 minutes.
Repeat with remaining chips.
Season with salt and a splash of lime juice.
1½ tbs Olive Oil
Black Pepper, freshly ground
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
1 dozen Baby Portabello Mushrooms
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1 tbs. Parsley, finely chopped
Preheat airfryer to 360°F
In a mixing bowl, combine parsley, breadcrumbs, pepper, oil and garlic.
Cut the stems from the mushrooms
Chop stems and add to the crumb mixture
Fill the mushroom caps one by one with the prepared crumb mixture.
Add the mushrooms to the air fryer cooking basket
Cook for 3-4 minutes.
It’s an acquired taste. But if you are a fan of brussel sprouts the airfryer helps to caramelize them and brings out an amazing flavor profile.
5 tsp Olive Oil
16 oz Fresh Brussels sprouts
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Preheat the airfryer to 390°F
Cut the sprouts in half, trim the stems, and discard tough outer leaves.
In a bowl, combine the sprouts, salt, and oil.
Place the sprout halves in the airfryer cooking basket and cook for 15 minutes.
1 tsp Cinnamon
Preheat airfryer or dehydrator to 120 degrees.
Slice the bananas into 1/4 inch pieces and toss with the cinnamon.
Dehydrate for 3 hours or until firm.
The chips will crisp up when cooled.
2 cups okra, sliced
1 cup milk (I like almond milk)
8 tbsp flour of choice (I like cashew flour)
½ tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
Cooking spray, optional
Whisk together the egg and milk.
Add the okra slices into the mixture and continue stirring until they are coated.
Mix the salt, pepper, and flour together in a plastic bag.
Remove the okra from the egg mixture.
Add to the bag of flour mixture and shake until well coated.
Place the coated okra into your air fryer and spray with cooking spray. (Optional)
Cook for 5 minutes at 390 F
Shake to keep them from sticking together and cook for another 5 minutes until crispy.
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
2 Apples, peeled and cored, make horizontal slices –
1 tbs. Brown Sugar
Preheat airfryer to 390°F
In a large mixing bowl, combine apple slices, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Arrange the chips in the airfryer cooking basket and cook for 8 minutes.
4 green bell peppers
2 cups ground turkey
1 tomato, diced
1 onion, diced
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat airfryer to 330 degrees.
Slice off the tops of bell peppers and remove the seeds.
Saute onion and oil in a saucepan until translucent.
Add garlic and turkey, cook until no longer pink. Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are softened.
Fill bell peppers with 3-4 tablespoons of mixture and top with cheese,
Transfer into air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 Egg, beaten
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cups Breadcrumbs
2/3 cup Flour of choice (I like cashew)
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
3/4 cup milk (I like almond)
1 Onion, Vidalia, sliced into half-inch rings
Combine flour, baking soda, pepper, paprika, milk, salt and egg. Whisk and set aside.
Preheat the air fryer at 360 degrees.
Pour the breadcrumbs into a large mixing bowl.
Separate the onion into individual rings.
Place each ring in the egg mixture and allow any excess batter to drip off.
Coat each ring in the breadcrumbs.
Transfer the onion rings into the air fryer basket.
Cook for ten minutes, then flip and cook for another 6 minutes.

Remove from the air fryer basket and immediately toss in a lаrgе bоwl with rosemary and salt.

2 Zuchcini, sliced into half-inch sticks
1/2 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
2 Eggs, beaten
Combine flour, black pepper, and salt into a large bowl.
Pour the beaten eggs into another bowl.
Combine the breadcrumbs, pepper and salt in a third bowl.
Coat the zucchini sticks with the flour mixture before dipping into the eggs.
Shake off any excess egg and toss into the breadcrumbs mixture.
Allow the zucchini fries to dry out a bit. (About 15 minutes)
Meanwhile, set the air fryer at 400 degrees to preheat.
Arrange the zucchini fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for about twelve minutes or until crisp, flipping halfway.
