Not Too Sweet Cinnamon Oatmeal


3 cups quick cooking oats

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 cup pecans

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/3 cup Sugar

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 cup Raisins

1 tsp. Baking Powder

1 Chopped Apple

2 Eggs

1 sliced Peach

1 cup Almond Milk



Pre-heat oven to 350 F. – Grease a baking dish (8×8).  Mix together the wet ingredients then add the dry ingredients and fruit. Pour into the greased dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
