Instant Pot Garlicky Chicken Soup


1 lb chicken breasts

1 lb noodles ( I like zucchini spirals)

2 celery stalks, chopped

1 cup baby carrots

1 leek, sliced

6 cups chicken broth

2 T olive oil

1 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt

1 tsp black pepper



Press the Sauté button on your Instant Pot.

Heat the olive oil and chicken breasts.

Sear on each side.

Add the remaining ingredients.

Close the lid and set the vent to sealing.

Press Soup button.

Cook for approximately 30 minutes.
