Kale Chips

Ingredients:

1 bunch kale

1 teaspoon seasoned salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:

Remove leaves of kale from the stems and tear into small pieces. Wash and dry thoroughly. Toss with olive oil and salt. Arrange on a silicone baking mat and bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees or until edges are lightly browned.
