Ingredients :
2 C vegetable stock
1 C brown rice
2-ounce sliced, blanched almonds
½ C diced carrots
½ C diced celery
½ C diced green pepper
½ C green onion, sliced
1 tomato, peeled, seeded, and diced
1 ½ C water
¼ C fresh chopped parsley
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 hours.
