Veggie Stew

Ingredients:

2 yellow onions, diced

3 stalks celery, diced

2 large carrots, sliced

3 potatoes, peeled and diced

1 cup mushrooms, cleaned and chopped

1/4 cup lentils

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp grated ginger

1/2 tsp thyme

1 bay leaf

2 cups water

1/4 cup Braggs Amino Acids

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cornstarch

 

Directions:

Place the onions, celery, carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, lentils, garlic, ginger, thyme, bay leaf, water, and soy sauce in your slow cooker.

Cook for 10-12 hours on low.

After 8-10 hours, add the salt, pepper, and a little bit of corn starch if you want your stew to be thicker.
