Carrot Cake Oatmeal

This is a good choice for the first day back to school since it cooks while you sleep and is very filling.

Ingredients:

• 4 C water

• 1 C grated carrots

• 1 C steel cut oats

• ½ C raisins

• 3 tbsp pure maple syrup

• 1 tbsp butter

• 2 tsp cinnamon

• ¼ tsp salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients together in a lined slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours.
