Mushroom Cloud

Ingredients:

8 ounces large mushrooms, (we use portabella)

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1-2 garlic cloves

1/8 cup parsley leaves

 

Directions:

Clean  mushrooms and cut into quarters. Put all ingredients into the slow cooker bowl and cook on high for approximately 2 – 2 ½ hours.
