Sensory Toys: Slime

This is a bouncier, fluffier form of slime. This doesn’t offer exact measurements since it will depend on the humidity and other factors.  You will know when it looks right.

White Glue

A can of shaving cream

Contact lens saline solution

Food colour/glitter etc.

1)Empty your glue into a large bowl. Add glitter or food dye and stir until combined.

2) Add in the shaving cream. It will start to get thick and puffy.

3) Slowly add in contact solution stirring each time.  Once the slime is no longer sticky or too runny, start kneading the slime until it becomes a smooth consistency.

My kids always loved sensory play when they were little and slime was one of their favorites.
