Berry Quinoa

 

Ingredients:

2 cups quinoa, rinsed

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 cups fresh berries

4 cups water

2 bananas, mashed

1/4 Tsp salt

 

Directions:

Add all ingredients into the slow cooker and mix well. Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours. Serve and enjoy.
