Turkey Lettuce Wraps


1 tbsp coconut oil

¾ yellow onion, chopped

1 lb ground turkey

1 tbsp chili powder

1 tsp ground cumin

½ cup tomato sauce

½ tsp paprika

Romaine lettuce leaves (doubled up for serving)

Grated cheese, diced onion, diced tomatoes, or whatever toppings you like

Directions :

In a non stick pan, saute the onions until they are soft. Add the turkey and garlic and cook until no longer pink. Add the chili powder, tomato sauce, paprika, cumin, and chicken broth. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for about 5 more minutes till the sauce thickens slightly. Spoon over lettuce or tortillas.
